Friendly

What is your hobby? What do you always do when you have free time?

Watching Sport

What is your favorite phrase, quotation or motto?

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

What do you keep in mind when you teach a class?

For many students, it is the first time they have studied English abroad. So I want them to feel comfortable and at ease.

What skills do you most want students to learn in our classes?

I want students to learn all the necessary skills to enable them to communicate confidently.

What has made you feel the happiest in your teaching career?

When the students tell me that they really enjoyed the course and that I helped them to achieve their goals.

What is the most important advice you can give for students learning new languages?

Try to use the language as much as possible.

Why do you think people need to learn other languages?

So that they can converse with people from other countries and cultures.

What message would you like to give to students who may study at ICLS in the future?

Studying at ICLS in Malaysia will give students a chance to learn a language in a vibrant, tropical location with friendly and experienced teachers.
