What do you keep in mind when you teach a class?
I think it’s very important to consider the need of every student as well as their learning preferences, particularly when teaching private lessons.
What skills do you most want students to learn in our classes?
One of my goals is to improve students’ ability to speak fluently and with confidence.
What has made you feel the happiest in your teaching career?
I really feel a sense of achievement when I see my students able to speak confidently by using what have been taught in class, I also have students who keep in touch via email and it’s always a pleasure to see how some of them have really progressed.

Perseverance is key! Learning a new language can be extremely challenging and the best way to master it is to keep practising.
Why do you think people need to learn other languages?
Learning a new language has a lot of benefits. Firstly, travelling, for business or pleasure, I think the ability to communicate with the locals is essential. Secondly, career-wise, you have an edge on your peers if you speak more than one language.
